Ingredients

Organic Blackberry Leaf, Organic Peppermint, Organic Basil, Organic Lemon Verbena, Organic Lavender, Organic Peaches, Organic Bee Pollen, Organic Rose Hips, Pure Extracts.

How to steep

Use 1 heaping teaspoon per 8 fl oz of fresh water heated to 212°F. Pour water over the tea and steep for 6–7 minutes for optimal flavor. Enjoy 1–2 steeps; use fresh leaves often.
