Trico Dry Fly

Tricos are a small mayfly of the Tricorythodes family. The often hatch in swarms from July until October.

The duns are a pale gray/olive in color with light gray wings and hatch in late evening or early morning. Spinners fall in the morning when the air temperature rise enough for them to hatch.
