Blend highlights: Peppermint, spearmint, lavender, and chamomile
Iced tea: Use 1/2 oz, depending on taste (approximately 5 teaspoons), per 32 fl oz of water. Pour water over the tea in a filter in a lidded jar. Steep for 1–3 hours in the sun or 2–4 hours in the refrigerator, then strain and enjoy.
Hot tea: Use 1 heaping teaspoon, more or less to taste. Heat fresh water to 212°F, pour over the tea, and steep for 6–8 minutes.
