Shipping policy

Most shipments ship out within 24-48 hours (except Sunday orders). 

Exceptions to this rule include Gaerne Cycling Shoes (that often ship from Europe), Mifo Earbuds, Rockbros Cycling Apparel & Gear. These exceptions can add 2-3 weeks before shipping. Generally though, even with the exceptions, these are expected to be delivered within 30 days. We will provide tracking information as soon as possible.

Generally, shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed. We're sorry about this.

Most items ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Some via DHL. 1-2% ship with other carriers.
