DESCRIPTION: An oolong tea from the Fujian Province of China, this tea (known as Shui Xian, which translates to "water sprite) has an interesting characteristic: it has a rich tasting "rocky" mineral taste. While unflavored, there is a noticeable taste of flavors such as Apricot, spice, and minerals, makes this a unique blend of delight.
