Bitch Creek Nymph
The Bitch Creek Nymph is a classic stonefly attractor pattern and one of the original rubber leg stonefly nymphs. Considered a predecessor to modern patterns like Pat’s Rubber Legs, this proven fly was designed to create lifelike underwater movement that aggressively triggers strikes from trout, steelhead, and smallmouth bass.
Featuring a heavily dressed buggy profile with active rubber legs, the Bitch Creek excels in fast currents, deep runs, riffles, and rocky pocket water where larger aquatic insects are commonly found.
A dependable searching nymph and an excellent year-round producer in rivers and freestone streams.
