Despite near pristine weather San Diego suffers from missing radio personalities, crooked magicians, gamblers, horse smugglers, and murderers. Bringing them down with a brotherly one-two punch, it wasn't always pretty and for sure, not always friendly. Season 3 would introduce Tim Reid as Detective Marcel "Downtown" Brown and feature guest stars James Avery, Michael Constantine, Mario Lopez, John Reilly and more.
