Vayo is a three time Grammy Nominee; 2007 & 2010 Latin Grammy for 'Best Tango Album' and 2011 Grammy for 'Best Contemporary World Music Album'. Vayo's elegant and distinctive vocal interpretations of his own compositions and of other themes express the poetry and drama of Tropical Music.
