ORIGIN: Our “Low-Hanging Fruit” roast is a washed process bean from a large, family-owned farm located in the Jimma Zone of the Oromia Region in Ethiopia.

IMPACT: Our beans are ethically sourced, organic when possible, and roasted on the Bellwether Roaster--the most sustainable, zero-emission roaster on the planet.
