The Cup
Mexicana is a mellow and sweet medium-light roast with notes of milk chocolate, roasted almond, raisin, and a hint of citrus. Its smooth body and gentle acidity create an approachable cup that is comforting, balanced, and easy to enjoy any time of day.
The Roast
To highlight the natural sweetness of this washed-process coffee, we developed a roast profile that enhances its chocolate and nutty characteristics while allowing subtle fruit and citrus notes to shine through. The result is a smooth, versatile coffee that tastes excellent black or with a splash of cream.
The Origin
This coffee is sourced from smallholder farms in the Sierra Madre de Chiapas region of southern Mexico. Grown at high elevations and carefully washed after harvest, these coffees are known for their clean flavor profile, balanced sweetness, and approachable character.
