"Alberto is a leading talent of his generation" - Emmanuel PahudFlautist Alberto Navarra gained notable recognition in the Spring of 2022, winning the Carl Nielsen International Flute Competition in Odense (Denmark), following recent competition successes in Italy and Romania.As a member of the Berlin Philharmonic's Karajan Akademie, Alberto currently holds the position of "Solo-Flte mit 2./3. Flte" with the Tonhalle-Orchester Zrich.For his debut album Navarra is joined by harpist Claudia Lucia Lamanna and the Odense Symphony Orchestra, under conductor Holly Hyun Choe, for Mozart's Concerto for Flute and Harp, as well as flute concertos by Carl Reinecke and Carl Nielsen.
