Jesuslesfilles was born in 2008 in a basement in Montreal's Hochelaga district. The line-up changed, but the modus operandi remained the same: one girl and four boys. Since then, only Martin Blackburn (vocals and guitar) and Benoit Poirier (drums) have remained the band's faithful apostles. Azure de Grce's voice was replaced by that of Yuki Berthiaume-Tremblay (IDALG), Mathieu Blackburn's guitar was swapped for Philippe Hamelin's, and Guillaume Chiasson (Ponctuation) took over from Pascal Savard on bass.
