Instructions:
1. Remove paper, place decal on clean and dry surface. 
2. Use flat item (credit card, stiff plastic) press firmly across all parts of the decal. 
3. Make sure the decal is firmly placed on surface. 
4. SLOWLY remove the plastic top sheet.
