Over the course of one day, the ways of the past and the future overlap, as they find presence in the simple things; food, nature, music, books and each other. Real life husband and wife, director and star, Alexander and Hillary Baack (You & Me) bring old American songs and memories to life as they shelter their children from the chaotic world of the future that runs rampant out in the rest of the world.
