The Backwoods Snowboard is Weston’s award-winning freeride board hidden behind a pow shape - purpose-built for riders who chase powder in the morning, carve the frontside at lunch, and snake through tight trees on the way out. With a tapered directional shape, setback stance, and a mid-stiff flex, the Backwoods blends float, control, and versatility into one fast, powerful ride.

A wide nose and tapered tail keep it planing effortlessly while reducing drag, and the camber underfoot delivers powerful edge hold for navigating steep lines and mixed conditions. Built with Weston’s Slayer Core (poplar + bamboo stringers), this board offers long-lasting pop with reduced weight. Add in 2x Tip to Tail Carbon Stringers for pop and energy transfer, a Rugged Topsheet to shrug off rocks and bootpack abuse, and a Sintered Durasurf 4001 Base that’s fast and durable no matter what kind of snow you’re in.
