Recent widower and former DEA agent Phil Broker (Jason Statham) retires to a small town in an effort to give his daughter, Maddie (Izabela Vidovic), a stable, peaceful life. That plan, however, goes quickly awry when he crosses paths with Gator (James Franco), a local meth kingpin.
