The third installment of the dinosaur-drenched film series sees the return of Sam Neill as paleontologist Alan Grant, hired by divorced couple Paul (William H. Macy) and Amanda Kirby (Ta Leoni) to take them to a remote Central American island in order to find their missing teenage son. It turns out to be a bad move, as pteranodons, raptors, and other menacing critters rule the roost, terrorizing the expedition. Alessandro Nivola, Trevor Morgan, and Laura Dern also star. 93 min.
