This bobblehead features Raider Red, mascot of the Texas Tech Red Raiders and commemorates their first Final Four appearance in school history. The Red Raiders reached the Championship Game of the 2019 Final Four in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It was produced exclusively for the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum and is officially licensed by Texas Tech University and the NCAA.
