Our American Brief is a classic mid-rise brief rebuilt around the Zen Pouch™ Duo.
The Zen Pouch™ Duo is what sets SHEATH men's pouch underwear apart: two pouches that separate and support, so there's no chafing, no sticking and no adjusting. A vertical fly keeps it practical.
It's made from our 92% Modal / 8% Elastane blend: silky soft, breathable and moisture-wicking, so it stays comfortable in any climate. A mid-rise American cut gives classic brief coverage. Available with a fabric-covered elastic or geometric athletic waistband.
Your First Pair Is Risk-Free. If SHEATH isn't right for you, our First Pair Guarantee has you covered. See Shipping & Returns below for details.
