After saving enough money for her dream vacation, fashion designer Kay Denham (Colbert) sails to Paris leaving her dull Fiance behind. Once there, she meets a creative playwright (Douglas) and a dashing playboy (Young) and decides to accompany them to Switzerland. Together, the friends indulge in winter sports including tobogganing, skiing and ice skating as Kay must choose between her Fiance and her two new suitors!
