What Makes This Piece

• Stone: natural Chalcopyrite
• Form: rough piece
• Sold individually — you receive one

About the Stone

Chalcopyrite is copper iron sulfide — brassy gold when fresh, developing an iridescent tarnish of blues and violets. Pyrite is a separate stone too.

Care

Do not soak it or use salt water — it is a sulfide and tarnishes further in moisture. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth and cleanse it dry: sage, sound or moonlight.

A Note on Your Selection

Every piece is natural stone, so no two are the same — color, pattern and depth vary from one to the next. You will receive one rough piece similar to the ones pictured, chosen with care and intention by a Sacred Crystals caretaker. We trust the right stone will find its way to you.
