The bobbleheads feature University of Iowa’s beloved mascot Herky the Hawk, who recently celebrated his 75th birthday. In the largest public art project Iowa has ever produced, the Herky statues were painted by local and regional artists. The bobbleheads are officially licensed by the University of Iowa and are being produced in conjunction with the University of Iowa and Think Iowa City.
