The Aponte Village, located in the lush mountains of Nariño, Colombia, has built its reputation around producing expressive, high quality coffees. With its high elevation and rich landscape, the region provides ideal conditions for cultivating coffees with depth and clarity.

The red honey process is delicate and needs a steady, seasoned hand to guide the processing. If done well, it is capable of producing a beautifully fruity, sweet profile that we see consistently coming out of the Aponte community.
