Simple easy and effective. Step 1 - Attach Tri-Clip to bike frame using velcro strip. Trim velcro to correct length Step 2 - Position Tri-Clip in optimum position on bike frame Step 3 - Pull cord from base unit and extend clip Step 4 - Attach clip to back of shoe Step 5 - Installation complete. Mount bike and start pedaling. The Tri-Clip has a fixed length and will automatically disconnect Warning - Mounting bike and starting to ride with shoes already attached to pedals can cause loss of balance and a potential fall. Riders should pay careful attention when using Tri-Clips.
